High throughput Larvae Screening

• Largest monitoring system: it is currently detecting the activity of 1,440 fishes at Harvard University (see customers section).
• ZebraLab is the only system featuring simultaneous analysis of up to 192 larval Zebra Fishes with a single processing unit.
• Scalable system, it can analyse 6, 12,48,96 well plates.
• ZebraLab never rests. It analyses in real time zebrafishes for a continuous period of up to 7 days.

Group screening of fishes in an aquarium

Beeing able to discriminate transgenic animals at a large scale is now easy to do! ZebraLab can classify behaviors within histograms. Enabling to sort out categories of fishes within a group. Data calculated are Speed and path angle Histogram. Counting of the subject in each area.

Conditioned Place Preference

Within the ZebraLab you can define stimulus such as light & shocks. Then it start analysing the behaviours of your animals and synchronize the events with it. It is possible to simulate night and day cycle, to automate any sort of place preference test on adult or larvae ZebraFish.

Refined Behavior / Social contact

Using our fast cameras technology you can automate any kind of tests involving refined behavior analysis such as social contact, aggressive behavior.

The mirror test may also be fully automated by calculating the angle of the animal from the mirror.

ZebraTower recording system includes :

• Fast camera: high sensitivity - 350 Frames /Sec.,
• Aquisition board ,
• Infrared Lighting system 24cm X 13cm,
