This Elevated Plus Maze has many advantages. It has been designed from the standard setup used in the litterature. It is easy to clean the surface and has a robust conception that makes it the researcher’s choice. And it is of course compatible with our tracking systems.

The maze floors and open re-enforcement (3mm) are black makrolon. Each runway is 5 cm wide and 45cm long. The open runways have removable lips. The closed runways have black makrolon walls that are 15cm high.

This unit may be used with optional I/R floor to monitor animals in absolute dark conditions.
